There is no doubt that Maine Mendoza, one of the richest celebrities in the showbiz industry, is drowning in money because of the hundreds (we may be exaggerating but this might be the case) of endorsement deals and commercials and ads she has.
She’s beefing up her acting career as well because she has a movie and a television show under her belt. According to the YouTube channel ‘Showbiz Philippines,’ Maine is the wealthiest among her generation.
That’s because apart from her showbiz projects, she has her own business as well. What is it? According to them, she franchised a McDonald’s branch in Sta. Clara.

The video featured a glammed-up Maine as she visited her branch in a red blouse and black skirt. It was the blessing of the food chain.
Most of her guests invited wore the same power color too. The crew stood by to greet her with their warmest smiles. At the ordering counter, the official name of the receipt issued to the customers was “McDonald’s MAINEDEI CORPORATION.”
Some wine was also involved because the guests all raised their wine glasses together to anticipate a celebratory “cheers!” Wine and dine at McDo? Talk about classy, right?

It just goes to show how much rich Maine is. Franchising a McDonald’s branch is no joke because according to the website of Pinoy Money Talk, it costs around P30 to 50 million to get a franchise and operate it!
This is with the assumption that the land where the food chain will be built on is leased. Apart from that, several factors will also come to play - such as the size of the branch, the sustainability of the existing building, the site location (whether it is provincial or within Manila), and the equipment specifications involved based on the kind of menu it will be offering.
Wow! So Maine must’ve really saved up a lot in order to buy herself a McDo franchise. Watch the video here to know more:
