Included in the list are the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters which allegedly helped and conspired with the Maute group in their siege and attack of Marawi City.
The reassignment of Marcos happened after he was allowed to go back to service last Thursday by the command of President Rodrigo Duterte after his alleged involvement in the murder of Abuera Mayor Rolando Espinosa inside the prison while Marcos works as CIDG chief of Eastern Visayas.
Marcos and 18 other policemen have been arrested in March after warrants of arrest for the case of murder were issued against them. However, the police officials were later freed DOJ reduced the charges to homicide, a bailable offense.

According to PNP Spokesperson Carlos, this will be the major task for Marcos as he will also be chief of CIDG in Central Mindanao.
However, on Sunday Sen. Panfilo Lacson expressed his disapproval of the decision of the Philippine National Police Internal Affairs Service (IAS) to allow Supt. Marvin Marcos to get back to service, along with 18 more police officers.
Senator Panfilo Lacson stated that Marcos and his men should not have been given light penalties.
“Rather, it was back-to-duty status after serving his four-month suspension order incorporated in a ‘slap-on-the-wrist’ administrative penalty imposed on Marcos by the PNP Internal Affairs Service (IAS) and subsequently approved by Dela Rosa,” Lacson said.

“Marcos’ case may have deeper implications. Police scalawags may now invoke his case as precedent and demand to be given field assignments,” Lacson said in a tweet.
"Imagine if police scalawags were given field assignments invoking the Marcos case as precedent, and deployed all over, then we have a much bigger peace and order problem,” he added in a separate statement.
IAS has filed a recommendation to impose a four-month suspension of Marcos and other light penalties to Marcos' men. However, Senator Lacson clarified that such recommendation can still be appealed to Napolcom. As a result, the senator has also urged the National Police Commission's (Napolcom) to review the case of Marcos and the 18 police officers in their alleged involvement in the killing of the Espinosa.
“Napolcom should therefore be very careful in reviewing the Marcos case and consider the deeper implications on police discipline and efficiency," the senator said.
Other senators also showed their disapproval of the reinstatement of Marcos and his men.
However, on Friday the Malacanang Palace defended President Duterte and PNP's decision to reinstate Supt. Marcos and reassign him to Central Mindanao.
“The government will cooperate. I mean the government through the PNP will cooperate with any, with any investigations. We have always participated in any hearings and we will continue to abide by that,” Presidential Spokesperson Ernesto Abella said.
“The reinstatement of Supt. Marcos is basically in compliance with the fact that he was suspended and the suspension has been served,” Abella added.
